Somehow we’re already halfway through summer, but the summer show run is still going, and oh is there a treat at the end of this week…

Indie rock band @thisisdeepseadiver plays @johnnybrendas on Tuesday, July 22. @_meernaa_ opens the show. If you get to the neighborhood before 6, stop in @wmmulherinssons for happy hour. Getting there a bit later? You can’t go wrong with a drink from @rd_philly .

@ironandwinetour and @imwithherband take the stage at the @keswicktheatre Thursday, July 24. While I have yet to see Iron & Wine, I saw I’m With Her for the first time many years ago at the Prospect Park bandshell in Brooklyn. Their harmonies are unparalleled, and for the city folks, worth the trip out to the burbs. Pop in @eliaglenside for authentic greek food before heading into the venue.

And then Friday, July 25, @lucydacus , @hopalongtheband , and @jaysomband open the first night of the @mtwbfoundation music weekend at FDR park. Lucy Dacus has a bit of cult following at this point, and I’m certainly one of her devotees. Food trucks will be available throughout the night, or grab a @wawa hoagie for a little car tailgate prior to the show. #phillylivemusic #livemusic
