This is a show you absolutely want to get there early enough to see the full lineup, as Foxing puts on a hell of a show. Tailgate in the parking lot, enjoying this gorgeous weather we’ve been having, before hanging on the lawn for the show.

Thursday, August 28, @donavon_frankenreiter and @christinaholmesmusic visit @ardmoremusichall . You can grab a bite and drink at the venue, or pop over to @charandstavecoffee before the show and check out their cocktail of the week (or one of the many fine drams on their menu).

And rounding out the week, @kevwalkman , @rohnamusic , and @closedrive take the stage for Philly Indie Night at @philamoca Friday, August 29. Swing by @prohibition_taproom before heading over to the show (and reminder, the venue is BYOB).

Philly-native indie rock band @gladie_band performs at @sprucestreetharborpark Thursday, August 14. There are plenty of places in the park to grab a bite or drink, but for a more sit-down vibe, head over to @pizzeria_stella.

And Australian metalcore band @oceansleeper visits The Foundry at @fillmorephilly on Friday, August 15. Can’t beat a visit to @otherhalfphilly for beers and excellent bar food just across from the venue.

Well, Jawn Jams is a day late this week as yours truly has been on vacation, but we’re back with another strong lineup. Are two of these shows sold out? Yes. But, the day-of-resale availability has been strong lately, so keep checking!

Tonight, Tuesday, August 5, @wilco returns to Philly at @themetphilly . Yes, the show is sold out, but perhaps you’ll get lucky with a last minute resale ticket. Enjoy a great dinner at @osteriaphilly before walking up Broad Street to the show.

@wignifier plays a special, seated show at the @pennmuseum on Thursday, August 7. Yes, this show is also sold out, but perhaps a few lucky folks will find day-of-show tickets. Grab a bite a few blocks away at @louielouiephl on your way to the venue.

And wrapping up the week, @robthomas and @agreatbigworld take the stage at TD Pavilion at @manncenter on Saturday, August 9. I have a feeling this will be a great show, and recommend tailgating in the parking lot before heading in. #phillymusic #phillylivemusic
