Many employers offer robust benefit options and plans that are uniquely designed to meet the needs of their employees. However, data shows that when selecting benefits, many users select the cheapest option or the option they’ve selected previously. With easier-to-understand benefits materials in beautifully designed collateral, employees are more empowered to better select the option that works for them and their family. At the bswift Communication Agency, our clients hire us for their communications needs, from print collateral to videos to emails.
As the Creative Director, I oversee all creative for the Communication Agency. I meet with clients to understand their brand, provide direction on creative approach, and ensure that each deliverable meets our high standards.
During Q3 and Q4 of 2023, hundreds of collateral pieces are delivered to over 40 clients. My challenge was to ensure that each piece reflected compelling creativity, was delivered on time, and of course, to make sure the clients were thrilled with the results.
I worked with the small yet nimble team at the bswift Communication Agency to understand each client’s objective and timeline. We developed an efficient process between project management, writing, designing, and content verification to quickly yet thoroughly manage each project. In addition to managing the work, I also managed the creatives who were tasked with each deliverable.
Utilizing a combination of templated and custom materials, we worked with each client to understand their goals, employee populations, and brand style to deliver enrollment assets to drive bswift revenue and increase creative efficiency. Assets included videos, PDFs, mailers, postcards, microsites, and benefits guides.
We delivered enrollment communications materials to over 40 clients in Q3 and Q4 of 2023, in both digital and print mediums.
